While every effort is made to ensure a timely delivery of your order, unavoidable and unforseen delays can occur.
We will endeavour to ship your order within 3 business days of payment. If there is any unforseen delay we will endeavour to contact you.
To protect you from theft or mis-direction of your shipment, we request a signature upon delivery for most packages greater than $200.00 in value. If delivering to your home is inconvenient, then you may ship the package to your work address in care of yourself assuming the receiving department at the work address is willing to accept the package on your behalf. If you choose to have your shipment sent to a business, please make sure to include the business name in the shipping address. Please note that package carrier policies direct the driver to ignore any special delivery instructions such as where to leave packages. In our experience, the driver may also ignore our instructions regarding signature - either leaving the package without gathering a signature or, equally likely, requiring a signature when none has been requested.

International purchases depending on which country you live in, there may be additional taxes or import duties imposed at the receivers end. Tecdivegear is not liable for these charges and it is up to the customer to liaise with Customs regarding their delivery.International purchases are sold free of Australian GST.
Our staff will calculate delivery cost to your area then subtract the GST off the delivery fee and email you a URL to continue the process.
