Refunds Policy
Our objective is to provide high quality equipment at the best prices over the internet and ensure that each and every item is thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. For your peace of mind, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
- In the event that the purchased item(s) is found to be an incorrectly selected size then Tecdivegear should be contacted, in writing, within 30 days from the date shown on the corresponding Tecdivegear invoice. Assuming that they have been supplied as per the customer's order and provided they are returned unused, unopened and kept in the original packaging then a replacement item(s) will be supplied free of charge. In this case Tecdivegear reserves the right to charge freight for items being dispatched. All items must be returned together with a copy of our invoice.
- In the event the purchaser has a change of mind, and decides to cancel their order & request a refund prior to the order being shipped, the order total will be refunded in full, less the 1.5% merchant facility charge applied by our financial institution.
- Upon receipt, and in the event that a defect is found with your item(s), then Tecdivegear should be contacted immediately. Provided they are returned unused, unopened and kept in the original packaging then a replacement item(s) will be supplied free of charge. Defective items must also be returned together with a copy of our invoice.
- In the unlikely event that a replacement item(s) is not available then an alternative selection will be offered. If agreement cannot be reached then a refund for the value of the item(s) as per the corresponding invoice will be made electronically.
- Please note: Postage and insurance are not refundable and, if you are returning goods, you are required to make your own arrangements for return shipping of the goods to our offices.
